Description:
“Existential trauma can occur in response to life-altering events—natural disasters, sudden loss of who or what we love, social upheaval, serious illness, and more. Like an earthquake, existential trauma can overwhelm our ability to cope–leaving us shattered, uncertain, and questioning the very foundation on which we stand. Traditional trauma therapies can focus on symptom relief or coping strategies but can fail to address the deeper issues of meaning, purpose, and connection that lie at the heart of human suffering.
This program explores Sandplay Therapy as a powerful method for treating existential trauma in children and adults to activate Self-healing.”
